Hangs on Cleaning up Temporary Files
Any idea why Presenter Studio360, while publishing, hangs when it is cleaning up temporary files? I had this issue with another course and submitted it to Articulate Support. This particular project was published earlier without an issue. Articulate 360 updated and now the project will not publish.
Using Windows 10, PowerPoint 2016, Articulate Studio 360

I am having the same problem. I already submitted a case. I uninstalled, ,reinstalled. etc... Used the clean up file you all sent. Still the problem persists.
Hello Hattie - I see where you are working with our team (01050693) and that Rowie is still taking a look at your files and testing. I would encourage you to continue working with your support engineer for sure and I will follow along as well.

Sure thing. I just wanted the others to know that they are not alone. ;)
Ah, I like it :) Thanks Hattie!

Articulate was able to fix the issue. They said that my player file had become corrupted. Now what would cause that? Hmmm... ;) Oh well, moving on!
Oh no! Corruption is certainly hard to track. I'm glad you were able to identify the issue and thanks for popping in to share.

This thread was very useful! I had the same problem as Keith: "Here is what I have found to correct my issue (Publishing freezes upon "Cleaning Temporary files"). I use the side Menu in this particular player in my project. When I uncheck using the search box for the menu, my project publishes fine. Not sure if it will work for everyone, but it works for me."
Is that within any file Marta? That's certainly odd. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, that is the solution I found via Articulate Support. Hopefully this will be corrected in an update.

I also have the problem of Presenter hanging at about 25% saying "Cleaning up temporary files". How do you "uncorrupt" a Player file?
My presentation is about 100 mb with audio.
