How to create closed caption using Storyline and publishing as video
- 2 years ago
Hi, everyone!
I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 73, we’ve included important fixes and new features!
One new feature we’ve included:
Boost video accessibility by including closed captions when publishing projects as MP4 video files.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
This is a "must have" feature in most development environments, and with the move to micro-learning videos produced in MP4 format I would think a higher priority for the technical roadmap. I am currently developing multiple videos for our current project and our go-to tool is Storyline 360. However, if we cannot meet ADA compliance we will be forced to use a different development tool such as Camtasia.
Please do what you can to escalate the feature request, as it would be amazing to continue our development in Storyline 360.
Thanks, and looking forward to improved features!
