HTML file is black in Edge
Hi, we would really appreciate some help with a project we're working on.
We're currently encountering a problem where we prepared a Storyline project and exported it for web. Our customers report that they have trouble opening the html-file in Edge and only get a black screen when they try (opening the file apparently works in Firefox and Chrome).
They're working on a Windows PC. Do you have any recommendations on what we could do?

strange - the modern MS Edge uses the Chromium web engine, there are no differences between both browser in viewing html
is your training hosted on a webserver with https ?

No, they just have the file saved locally for now and are trying to open it. . .on many company machines open a local* html with css/js ist not allowed

I doubt that's it, because the customers are able to open the file occassionally, but then other times, they just see a black screen - it's pretty odd. Has any else ever encountered this issue or is there anyone from the Articulate support team that could maybe help us?

Would you be willing to share a copy of your published web output here or in private by opening a support case so we can try and replicate the behavior on our end? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
