    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

    Can I ask if this is occurring regardless of which video you add to Replay 360? Or is this happening to only a few of your videos?

    If all your videos are affected, repair your Replay 360 installation to fix the issue. If it only happens for certain videos, try re-encoding them using a tool called Handbrake and adding them back to Replay 360.
