Importing RISE to LMS

In the past, I have created all of our courses using Articulate Storyline.  I am now re-doing some of our lessons and decided to use Rise instead.  I want to import the course and overwrite the existing course so users will still get credit for the old course in their training history.  But, when I moved the files to our SFTP site and overwrote the existing files, it does not show up in my LMS any longer.  I get an error.  (If I overwrite with another SL file, it shows up updated in my LMS.)  Does anyone know what I am doing wrong and how to fix it?  I also tried to re-import it using the same course and still no luck.  It says page cannot be found.  Thank you!
