Impossible d'avoir le plein écran dans Rise pour le bloc Storyline 360

Bonjour à tous et à toutes,

Je fais appel à votre expertise pour m'aider à me sortir d'un beau pétrin : j'ai intégré une vidéo-questionnaire construite dans Storyline 360, mais quand je la visionne, j'ai la fonction plein écran qui ne fonctionne pas, ce qui rend l'exercice impossible à faire. J'ai vérifié les paramètres, tout semble ok.

 

Auriez-vous une astuce / explication à cela? J'utilise le lecteur moderne, avec les couleurs personnalisées. Storyline 360 installé en sept 2022.

    Hi Olga!

    Thanks for reaching out! Full-screen mode for your embedded Storyline project in Rise 360 is not allowed due to an HTML restriction/limitation. We're tracking requests for this feature, and I'll keep you posted on any updates that can help!

    In the meantime, you can check out and try this workaround shared by Albert from this forum post to see if it will work for you.

    Hi, 

    Une évolution est-elle prévue très prochainement ? J'ai besoin du mode plein écran pour un storyline dans un Rise très prochainement. Cela fonctionne sur review mais pas depuis ma plateforme LMS... Merci.

      Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community, Mélyne! We're glad you're here.

      Sorry to hear that the Storyline block's full-screen mode is not working when tested in your LMS. The full-screen button should work, as the related bug was fixed in September 2023.

      May I know what LMS you are using? When you upload your Rise course to another LMS, can you go full screen? You can try uploading the published output to SCORM Cloud, an LMS testing platform. This is to find out whether that issue is specific to your LMS.

      If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to connect with us in a case so we can determine what's happening? Our Customer Support Engineers may ask for the source Storyline project file and a copy of your Rise 360 course.

        Bonjour, 

        J'ai testé mon Rise sur SCORM Cloud, le bloc storyline peut bien être mis en plein écran. Il semble donc que le problème vienne de notre LMS. Nous utilisons le LMS : Knowledge Place. 

        Je suis d'accord pour échanger avec vous sur le sujet. Nous avons absolument besoin que le plein écran fonctionne sur notre LMS.
