Is there a Help number to get started?
I just downloaded this app for a 30-day free trial. The very first thing I am told to do is:
Click “Start Course” or head to the playground when you’re ready to begin. 🚀
There is no "Start Course" button anywhere on the page.
I have no clue what to do in the playground.
I tried to chat with the AI for assistance and after 15 minutes of frustration, that was proven to be worthless.
I tried to contact the sales number since there is no technical support number and they want a voicemail left on their answering machine.
This is not a very good first 3-minute impression into to your 30-day free trial to show why I should purchase a license.

Hi Karl. I would like to find the "Start Course" button on the page that I am instructed to click. I am trying to learn what this product can do, so I figure I would take the very first getting started course to learn more.

I don't know what you are seeing in your browser.
To start working in Rise you need to be on this page. https://rise.articulate.com/
If it's not the default tab, choose Rise 360 at the top to get to the Rise dashboard.
Typically Articulate will add a pre-built Rise course for you to experiment and learn from.
Do you see any courses if you follow my instructions above?
