Is there a way to merge learner accounts together that were accidentally duplicated in Reach 360?
Hello,
I am looking for some help if anyone might know the answer.
We currently use SSO login and seem to run into a situation where we have a few learners who have multiple accounts on Reach 360 because their emails changed. Is there is a way we can take the two duplicate learner accounts and merge them together along with all their progress?
Hi Ariana, thanks for your question! While there isn't a way for us to "merge" two Reach 360 learner records into one, we can update the old email address to the new address, then archive the duplicate user account.
We'll reach out to you via email to get the information on these learners who have duplicate accounts, and we'll get this sorted out for you!

Hi Alyssa, me and a few others in my team have a similar issue, where we were previously using old email addresses for our Articulate licences. Recently, out IT team created a new Articulate team subscription, but linked our new emails to it. This means that all the 'old' Rise and Review 360 content linked to our old emails is locked away from us, as the new accounts are essentially empty. Is there a similar solution here where our old and new accounts can be linked?
Hi Mark!
I just replied to your other post, here!
