Leaner can choose any (or all) topics to view but still registers complete

I have a course with a topic list. We would like to make it a landing page with links to the various topics. We would like to make it so the learner can view one or many of the topics and still have the course register as completed in the LMS. What is the best way to do this?

    You could put a "Complete course" trigger at the end of each topic. Then track using triggers. The course will be considered complete after the first trigger runs.
