PPT Formatting Issues within Storyline

I'm having an issue with importing my PPT for a series of trainings I'm building. I have not had this issue with any of the other PPTs and they were all built the same way. When I bring this PPT in and change the size aspect ratio to 1280x720 - the formatting gets all messed up. The font size changes, images move around some of them even on top of text. Something is not right but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. This PPT was built exactly like the others but isn't coming in the same way. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (3.81.31200.0).

    In this update, we have implemented a fix for:

    • Storyline 360 didn't always preserve text formatting when using custom slide layouts or importing PowerPoint slide masters.

    As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

    Sorry for this trouble, Jessica! I'm happy to help.

    When you import PowerPoint slides into Storyline 360, for the best results, you'll want to change your slide size in Storyline to match your PowerPoint slide size before importing: Click here for details.

    If you don't see improvement from there, could I have you share your PowerPoint in a case so we can take a closer look? We'll reach out shortly after reviewing the file!

    Thanks, Becca! I've tried that and it still doesn't work. I just sent the PPT using the link you sent above so hopefully you guys can take a look and help me figure this out. Thanks!

    Unfortunately, I didn't see any improvement after my testing, so I've gone ahead and connected you to one of our support engineers. They will dig deeper into this issue to help determine a cause. Hold tight, and one of my teammates will be in touch soon with an update!
