Preview issues on storyline 360

I am unable to preview or review my module in review 360. The module does not proceed beyond the first slide. Not sure why. I have uninstalled the latest version and reverted to the Nov 2021 version, but the issue exists.

 

Is this a known issue? what is the workaround?
