Problem with sequence of letters „fi"

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I am contacting you today with the following problem in Articulate Rise: When using the text function, recently the problem appears that the sequence of letters "fi" as in German word "identifizieren" is not displayed, but there is a gap in the word. Can you help me here? It is urgent, so I would be grateful for a quick answer.
I attach an example picture of the problem.

    Hello, Katharina. I see what you're saying from your screenshot. I'll need some other details to see how to help:

    • What font are you using?
    • Is this happening when you preview the course? What if you use the Share link, or export for web or LMS?
    • Does it happen in every browser you use to view the course? Which ones have you tried?
