Record Screen & Player not Aligning
I was not having any issues until Monday. I did an update and now every time I record my screen, it is off scale. I have ensured the recorded player and the player in storyline were synced up, I have checked my display it is good. I have looked through all the help guides and the portal. I have un-installed and re-installed Storyline and it is still doing it. It does not matter if I use a brand new template or import a template from storyline.
This is putting me behind and I am sure what else I am supposed to do. My team looked into it and we attempted to adjust the slide size and it will not fit to the slide as it should.
Please help!

What is your slide size? What is the resolution of the monitor/screen you are recording on? Any chance your screen's display resolution is not set to 100%?
Hi Elizabeth. The screen resolution is set to 100%. I normally drag my recorder to where I need it to show and sometimes I use the full screen mode. I have tried to use all the dimensions and I will record what I need, transfer it over to articulate/storyline and it looks like it's half cut off from the top of the slide and the bottom of the slide. I have also on the storyline side, changed the slide size thinking that was the issue but none of the options (in the screen shot) ever line up. It is always skewed and even when I attempt to put other dimensions in there like 720x405, it does not align up either.
I had never encountered this issue until Monday and I have now uninstalled articulate and storyline 3 times, restarted, installed it back and the same thing. I am using a different browser as well and still does the same thing. I have create 10-15 videos and labs perfectly before this and now I am just unable to create any until I get this resolved.
Here is a screenshot of a completed one with the dimensions I normally have to use and you can see I still cannot get it to fill the slide but it is almost covered so I can use this.
This next one is a video I created after that and you can see the difference with the screen.
