Restrict course access

I am trying to develop a course where a new employee who could also be a new manager can go through the same course, but the manager has an additional portion like a mana...
Are you trying to retrieve job titles from the LMS and use them to restrict access to the course's fourth part?
Would it not be easier to take your "part 4" and make it a separate course or module, which is only assigned to managers?
