Resume Issue still unsolved?

I have tried every solution offered by members & staff with very disappointing results. It seems like this issue has never truly been fixed.   Uploading to ScormCloud, I have everything working correctly in the course (resumes to last visited slide) EXCEPT when on Quizzes slides.  Any ideas?  Settings to get where I am is:  Restricted Menu - Prevent learners from progressing offline & Always Resume.

Any help would be appreciated. The client uses an LMS.
