RISE 360 Knowledge Check Not Loading on Pass/Fail Screen
Hi Jenn!
Sorry to hear you've run into setbacks when viewing your Rise courses through an LMS!
Do you observe the same behavior while previewing the courses in Rise 360, or after publishing to Review 360? If not, it's possible this issue is LMS-related, and testing the content with SCORM Cloud can help to determine.
If the same behavior is observed while testing within Rise 360, please connect with our team through a support case. They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!
We're not having the issue when viewing the SCORM in Rise 360. We also can't find a common denominator when it comes to which learners experience the issue and which ones don't.

Hi Jenn,
Thanks for confirming you don't experience this issue when previewing the course!
Since some users can view the course without a problem, and this happens with multiple courses, I'm inclined to believe it might be related to the environment in which the courses are viewed. Here are a few more things to check:
- Does this happen on the same device each time? I understand you've tried different browsers, which was a great call! Here are the system requirements for viewing a Rise 360 course.
- Do you have any security software installed on these devices that could impact how the course is played? Please see this article for possible reasons why a course isn't playing as expected in your LMS.

Hi All
I'm having this EXACT same issue. It happens to random users on random courses i.e. not isolated to one person or course. We've also cleared cache, changed browsers etc. and still no luck. This particular course has a number of Knowledge Checks. The student can't move onto the next KC until they have passed the previous KC. In this particular case the student is not able to load the result of the Event Based KC and therefore is stuck from moving onto the last 2 KC's and therefore can't complete the course.
Have you managed to find a fix for this yet?- KellyAuner2 months agoStaff
Hi MelodyStander,
This sounds frustrating!
Have you noticed any correlation between which device the learners use and the course not working? As I mentioned to JennBurmeister above, it's possible certain security software can prevent a course from playing as expected.
It was a good idea to clear the cache and try different browsers. You'll also want to check that the browser version is up-to-date. If you're comfortable sharing your course here, I'd be happy to conduct some further testing as well!
