RISE Course Hosted on Sharepoint Communication Site not loading

We currently host all RISE courses on a Microsoft SharePoint communications site. We export for the Web and change the HTML to .aspx so that we can upload content and have it functional.

Recently, we exported a course that included a new folder titled "locales" and are wondering if this is contributing to the error.  We have uploaded other courses with this "locales" folder and did not experience any issues. 

We export courses on a PC.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The presence of the 'locales' folder shouldn't cause any loading issues with your course. If your course loads properly when you open the "index.html" file locally, please reach out to your Sharepoint administrator so they can investigate the behavior. 

    You can also check out the tips shared in this article for hosting content in Sharepoint, but please note that we don't officially support these methods.
