Rise freezing and undoing work

For the last couple of days, Articulate Rise has been freezing, not uploading images, not bolding/super and subscription, etc. The only way to continue is to close the application and then open again. Today, content is disappearing minutes after adding it, and if I close and reopen, content has not been saved. Is there an issue with Rise happening or is it just me? August 10, 2023
