SCORM-Module does not open twice in Firefox?

We're not seeing reports from other users about possible issues viewing Rise 360 content in Mozilla Firefox. Since your course is hosted on an LMS, try replicating the behavior in another LMS like SCORM Cloud to verify if it is LMS-specific. You'll also want to make sure your Firefox installation is updated to the most recent version when you do.
