Slides aren't loading properly

Hello!

I found a global issue in the courses I have created. I have a back button with 2 triggers. The first trigger, when the user double clicks the back button, they jump to the previous slide. The second trigger, when the user clicks the back button once the timeline jumps to zero on the slide timeline and restarts the slide.

The issue is, when the user clicks the back button once and starts the slide over, the audio stops half way through or the text/ image never shows. In order to fix the issue, I have to refresh the screen or double click the back button and navigate back to the slide. This happens both when I preview and after I publish. What really gets me is that it doesn't happen every time, just most of the time. 

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be great.
