Hello Autumn!
Thank you for sharing a screenshot! Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline 3? If not, here are the steps:
- Go to the control panel on your computer and uninstall Storyline 3.
- Reboot your computer.
- Download and install the latest Storyline 3 update.
- Reboot your computer again and test Storyline.
Let me know if that doesn't do the trick!

Hi Autumn,
Did the uninstall > installation of the latest Storyline 3 update work for you? I'm experiencing pretty much the same issue and am having issues with having my internal IT team update the latest version of Storyline 3 to our intranet.
