Storyline 360 functionality not available when using a tablet

I have a client whose employees use tablets. I'm using Storyline 360 to create elearning courses which are deployed from an LMS. I'm getting feedback that some functionality is not working. For example, sometimes the next/prev buttons do not work so the learner has to manually swipe.

Are there best practices for desiging for a tablet that I should know?
