Storyline 360 won't restore when minimized
I've found that when I minimize Storyline 360, I often can't restore it again. I'm using a copy on my work computer, and I also have a license at home, and they both exhibit the same issue.

Hi everyone,
I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Build 3.76.30446.0, we've included important fixes and new features.
One of the bugs we've fixed is:
- Storyline 360 could freeze when minimized.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I have had the same issues over the past few days. I do know I have an update available for Storyline, but it is still a problem considering I need to save the file I minimized.

Yes, I still see this problem, although I haven't been able to get a screen recording of it. It is very intermittent and it is quite frustrating when it shows up. I use Storyline both at work, and on my home PC, and I see the problem at times on both machines.

Hi Candace,
When we got this issue reported for Dave, he was using 3.37.21614.0. I do not have any additional details outside of what has been shared here, but the issue is still open with our team.
Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?

I've been continually updateing whenever there has been an update since then, and I still see the problem periodically.

I am also having this issue. I will have it minimized and click on the icon in the tool bar and just get the ding from my computer sound and nothing happens, it just stays minimized. It does it completely randomly!
I am using version v3.44.23192.0.

Great brainstorming here....I'm running Storyline 3, and the same thing was happening to me. I had Storyline pinned to the taskbar. When I launched Storyline, the active project's icon would be displayed over the taskbar icon. But when I opened multiple windows the icons would get swapped leaving the SL launch icon on top, not the project icon. To fix, just right click the icon and unpin from the taskbar. Worked for me. :)

I has experienced this occasionally in the past, but usually after a few attempts of accessing using ALT + TAB, I could get into it. However I just had a case where no matter what I seemingly did, it would not let me back into -- as others mentioned, I would just get the error chime. Incredibly frustrating.
I did have a lot of windows open, including a few memory-intensive programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator...but upon closing those, still had the issue. Eventually after going through and closing almost every window that was open, I was finally able to get back into it.
Definitely a glitch that needs to be addressed.

Hi Mark,
I don't know why, but this is an ongoing problem with Storyline.
I have found on some occasions, that if I minimize all other open windows, I can get Storyline to restore.
