Storyline block in Rise - mobile version

Good morning,
I'm working on a Storyline block to put into my Rise course.

When I'm previewing the laptop version it all looks fine, however if I take a look at the mobile version I notice two black bars on the side. What can I do to make it look better on the mobile version? I have added two screenshots below.

Are there certain dimensions that I should use in my Articulate slide?

Looking forward hearing from you guys:)

Eline

Ah that's a pitty... I don't think it looks really nice.

    But thanks anyway!

    So I have another question:

I'm still working on the block and with testing always run into a new issue.

Because autoplay will be blocked I added a second slide with a play button which triggers to jump to the next slide and start playing the video.

I followed the steps in this article: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-360-Making-Storyline-Blocks-Behave-Consistently

In my web browser this looks really nice but on the mobile version now I have the 'problem' that the students have to click on a play button two times...

So what I would like to have (both in the mobile version and desktop):

    • that students only have to click a play button one time and the video starts playing

What is the easiest way I can build this?
