Does articulate rise have any function that could serve as an end of course survey? Collect data on a student's experience and then compile with others? For continuous QC?

Rise does not have a survey function.
We use an external survey tool that we embed within our Rise courses.
So like Survey Monkey - ? As a multi medida activity - saved in a scorm

Yes, you can use Survey Monkey to create and manage the survey.
Within Rise you would insert the Survey using an iframe statement in a Multimedia Embed block. That will allow learners to complete the survey without having to leave Rise.
