Thank you for sharing your .story file!
I published your project and uploaded it to SCORM Cloud, but I couldn't reproduce the issue. I was taken to the second scene when I answered a question incorrectly.
From that second scene, clicking "Previous" takes me back to the test, and I can continue with the quiz. Is this the expected behavior?
