Unable to Copy Rise Course

Question

Hello!
I am currently using the Articulate free trial. A friend tried to copy a Rise course and send to me, but received an error message saying ‘need to ensure user has a valid subscription’.
Does my use of a free trial impact her ability to share a Rise course with me?
I appreciate your knowledge. Thank you!

Hello, Lynette! Other Rise 360 authors should be able to send you a copy of a course, even while you're on a free trial. Here's how:

Hi Davi,
If you enter the email address of someone that has a current Articulate 360 subscription it should work.
