Unable to Login (Auth Callback)
I am unable to login into 360 Articulate this morning. This is true for Chrome and Edge. Trying to login appears to show an auth callback loop of some sort. I have not added any extensions to either browser.
Any ideas on how to get back to work?

I'm also having the same issue, which is weird because the remainder of my team doesn't seem to be affected.

I am still unable to access my content. I have emailed support but cannot do my job without being able to access Rise.

Sorry for the trouble! It sounds like what you're experiencing is caused by something outside of the outage that occurred a few days ago. I see your case in our queue and will escalate it so we can make sure you can access your content!
