Unable to publish in Storyline 360

I am unable to publish my updated Storyline 360. I tried last evening several times and again this morning without success. I keep receiving an error message each time. I have also noticed that Storyline is not visible when I click on the application on my desktop.

    I'm having the same issue. Just submitted a help ticket. Looks like it's an Articulate issue, which is good to know. I even uninstalled and reinstalled all applications.

  • Hi AmyMaguire-7d27! Sorry for the trouble! Are you publishing to Review 360, LMS, or Web? As an initial troubleshooting step, I'd recommend:

    1. Logging out of the Articulate 360 desktop app.
    2. Closing the desktop app.
    3. Open the desktop app and log back in.

    After, please open Storyline 360 to see if you can publish again!

      Thank you. I have tried what you suggested without success. I am trying to publish to Review 360.
