Unable to save storyline file: Error reads - " The project file could not be saved. Cannot access a closed stream"
Pretty much what the title says. I tried importing the project but this project is not saved anywhere yet, so importing did not work as it is requesting access to the saved file.

Hi Maddy!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble saving your .story file!
The error message 'cannot access a closed stream' may indicate some form of file corruption. If you've confirmed that you are working locally, can you try doing a 'Save As' of the file and then save a new version of your project to either 'My Documents' or your 'Desktop'?
If you're still having issues after those steps, please connect with our team through a support case. They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

I just submitted a case number on this as well. I'm getting this same error, plus one about running out of system memory (which I know I have plenty). But basically my project will fail to save constantly. I've turned autosave on to every 1 minute and that's not even working correctly. This issue has grinded me to a halt on a project I'm working on and it's quite frustrating.
Hi KevinMaples,
Thanks for reaching out!
I can see how frustrating this can be, and I'm glad you connected with my teammate, Wilbert. We can continue working in your support case if you need further assistance.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue -- "
Error reads - " The project file could not be saved. Cannot access a closed stream." Can some
one help me please?
Hi NinaAlejandro!
Sorry to hear you're also encountering this error when saving your .story file!
As I've shared with others in this thread, 'cannot access a closed stream' errors could indicate some form of file corruption has occurred. If you've confirmed you are working locally, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't improve the issue, it would be helpful to see a copy of the .story file that's giving you trouble.
Feel free to share that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
