Undo Function in RISE
Any further word on recovering blocks that are accidentally deleted? I am creating my first RISE course and I'm astounded that there doesn't seem to be a way to "undo" a mistake...a function that is common to virutally EVERY program out there! Thanks...
Hello everyone, 🎉
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update adds the following feature:
- Save and restore your work with a click via an easy-to-access version list that captures manual saves and export events.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available. Let me know if you have any questions about this update.

+1 for this - either that or a way to manually save work or look at changes (like they have in Google docs).

Please, please give us this very basic function of undo. I replaced an image by accident and can no longer use the original image as I no longer have a copy of it

THIS! A THOUSAND TIMES THIS!

I agree with everyone here. Having an undo and redo button seems ridiculous. Please please please for the love of all good things. . .give us these basic and training-saving buttons!

+1 This should be a basic functionality.

I'm pretty sure it reduces cost. If you have to save loads of data so the users can hit the undo button, you need more data storage capacity (i.e. higher cost).

Fix this Articulate!!!! Undo is a basic function of any authoring tool. I'm a huge fan of Articulate and have been using your product for years. I can't believe your software developers can't add this very important and very basic feature!

I did the same thing, I wanted to change the block from a NOTE to Heading and it blew all the info away. How can I get it back?

Unfortunately, Articulate has delayed such an important function.

Ouch.....

You do have a few seconds to hit UNDO, but you need to be quick ....

Totally missed it then :(

I'm pretty quick and I haven't been able to do it once!

Hi Rachael,
The UNDO timer lasts for just 10 seconds.

In my case I was changing the block from a note to heading and it removed all content.
