Video audio sync issue (rise 360)
Hi Guys
I have a course with a number of videos in it and I've noticed that the audio is out of sync with the video. I've checked the original files and they are all fine so I'm assuming something...
Just to wrap this one up - tech could replicate the issue but couldn't explain why but converting the mp4 files into other mp4 files and reuploading seems to have resolved the issue
