Volume discount for 10 seats discontinued?

Hi All, I'm trying to confirm something but struggling to find a clear confirmation.

For as long as I remember, there was a volume discount for 10+ seats on an Articulate Teams account. Can someone confirm this has been discontinued with the new pricing released recently? Totally get things need to increase but an increase AND a removal of a volume discount is a double punch!
