Your Computer is Offline Error
Hello everyone, I 'm trying to edit my courses but I'm getting an error saying my computer is offline, is there a fix for this?

Hello, Etiqa Academy LIFT. I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing Rise 360. Please try logging out and closing your web browser. Then, reopen your browser and log back in. Also, please be sure you're using one of these supported web browsers.

I am having the same issue in both Chrome and Edge

First, be sure you're using a supported browser. Then please log out, refresh, and log back into Rise 360 here.

Rise 360 - Using chrome - goes offline approx. every 15 min or less. Then it times out and makes me refresh. Happens all day long - although when working in storyline, it never happens!?

2. Clear your browser's cache.
3. Restart your computer.
