I'm sorry to hear you're Peek 360 app isn't working as expected! I'm on version 1.21.18851 and can see all the options correctly.

Have you tried a repair of Peek to see if that fixes the issue?

If it doesn't, connect with a support engineer, and they'll provide some tailored support on getting this up and running!
