Hi, when I choose the screen to record I am able to record the screen but I do not get the adjustable box or the buttons to turn volume on /off or start/stop. I need to record with no audio and would like to adjust the screen size. I'm using a Windows device.

I'm sorry to hear you're Peek 360 app isn't working as expected! I'm on version 1.21.18851 and can see all the options correctly.
Have you tried a repair of Peek to see if that fixes the issue?
If it doesn't, connect with a support engineer, and they'll provide some tailored support on getting this up and running!
