Peek not recording entire screen

I am having a problem with Peek recording my screen. I am using my laptop and a second monitor. When I click on Peek it opens the record box half way between both screens, anytime I adjust the box to be over one screen the recording cuts off parts of my screen. How can I get this to identify my screen and record the entire screen?
