Sorry to hear you're running into the same issue! I've enlisted the help of our support engineers to take a closer and see why you're unable to download the application.
Same issue here. Although to be clear, it seems as if it is downloaded. It won't open. I have tried clicking on the app store's "open" button, using launchpad, and even right-clicking on the icon in my applications folder.
In order to open Peek 360 in a Mac environment, you need to download the app from the App Store. It sounds like you've already checked off this step!
Do you see the Peek 360 icon in your Navigation Toolbar?
If so, follow the prompt to sign in. After logging in, you'll be ready to record screencasts by clicking on the Peek icon!
If you're still having trouble using Peek 360, can you share a screenshot of what you see on your end? You can share it with me by using this private link.
Peek shows as downloaded from the app, but simply wont open. Its in my toolbar etc but when I click on it, nothing happens. There is no error message, it literally just doesn’t launch or do anything.
Peek will still not launch on on my macbook air. I followed the steps that included changing my privacy settings and clicking on the camera at the top of my screen/ toolbar. The app still will not open
I am also having this issue. I can click on the camera at the top and create a new recording, but I can't access the other apps that should have been downloaded, such as Storyline 360. How can I access the other applications?
Thanks for reaching out and sharing that the steps shared above did not help! I've opened a case on your behalf with our support team to take a closer look and figure out what's happening behind the scenes here.
I am having the same problem and I downloaded Peek 360, unlocked it as advised, and downloaded parallels desktop which asks to have access to all of my files, downloads, and desktop, and even after that it is still not working. This is beyond frustrating.
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue as well! I'll have our team connect with you and see what's causing the hold-up in getting Peek 360 to work! They'll reach out shortly and lend a hand!
If you're still having trouble using Peek 360 on your Mac after downloading the Peek 360 app from the App Store and have signed in successfully from the Peek 360 icon on the Toolbar:
Try a simple restart of the computer to see if that does the trick. If not, connect with us here so we can dig in deeper!

Hi Jessica,
Thanks for these clues! I shared your latest update in your support case with Angelo so we can determine the next best steps.
In the meantime, are you using a dual monitor? Also, have you had a chance to try Angelo's recommendations?

Hi Gabby,
If you're continuing to have trouble setting up Peek 360, our Support team is happy to help!
For Storyline, Mac users can install it in Parallels Desktop, VMware Fusion, or Apple Boot Camp.

Hi Dori!
You should be able to access the other applications in the Articulate 360 desktop application.
Do you see the Articulate 360 shortcut on your desktop? Here's what it looks like:
If not, you can search your computer for Articulate 360 and open the app that way. Here's what that looks like in action. Link
I am having the same issue as everyone else here. I went through the security steps and it still will not open. Help, please!
