I don't get an error message, but I can't find my uploaded video after Peek has closed. For some short second a message was displayed where I will find this video (locally?), but I actually don't know where to search neither locally nor online. This is fully intransparent. The only sensible options would be the windows videos library or the download folder. Nothing else seems acceptable to me, because I'd need to learn this with far too much effort.

Hi Anselm,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into with your Peek video recordings.

That pop-up is probably letting you know when it's ready to view in Review 360.

Peek 360 will automatically:

  • Save an MP4 video of your screencast on your computer here: %username%\Documents\Peek 360
  • Upload your screencast to Articulate 360 where you can collect feedback with Review 360
  • Copy the Articulate 360 link for your uploaded screencast to your clipboard so you can immediately send it to reviewers

Here is some documentation.

I'm encountering issues with launching the app on my MAC computer. There appears to be limitations with use of Peek 360 and can only use recording functions. I have contacted Apple IOS support and can not find issues with regards to settings. I have a presentation to do in a few days and would like this resolved as soon as possible.
