I don't get an error message, but I can't find my uploaded video after Peek has closed. For some short second a message was displayed where I will find this video (locally?), but I actually don't know where to search neither locally nor online. This is fully intransparent. The only sensible options would be the windows videos library or the download folder. Nothing else seems acceptable to me, because I'd need to learn this with far too much effort.
I'm encountering issues with launching the app on my MAC computer. There appears to be limitations with use of Peek 360 and can only use recording functions. I have contacted Apple IOS support and can not find issues with regards to settings. I have a presentation to do in a few days and would like this resolved as soon as possible.
Smart move to also open a support case for this issue! I see Jopney asked a few clarifying questions to see if we can isolate the cause of the behavior you're experiencing.

I need to follow up on this as soon as possible. I missed a great out on a great opportunity because the application would not down load. Here are just some of the screenshots indicating the errors that I have been encountering.

If Peek for Windows is not working well for you, I'd advise a repair. Check out the instructions here.
