Actually , I have a lot of recorded sessions / links done on Adobe connect and or Microsoft teams . Now I’m trying to record it using PEEK 360 but unfortunately only video and photos appears , No sounds appear for facilitator . How could I solve this issue ?

Is there a reason why you're recording the session from Adobe connect and Microsoft Teams? If you're looking to upload them in Review 360, you might consider uploading the mp4 files directly to Review 360.
