Thanks for reaching out and letting us know that you're running into difficulty with Peek 360 on your Mac.

  • Were you able to install the app from the Mac App Store? A restart of your Mac may help with Peek 360 not launching as expected.
  • Are you using an external monitor? If so, could you remove the external monitor and see if Peek 360 launches as expected?
  • How are you opening Peek 360? Is it from the camera icon in the menu bar near your date/time?
