360 Review Links

I have been having trouble with published review links not loading. They just spin and spin. This only started a few weeks ago. I assumed it was a fluke or cache needed to be cleared but now it is re-occurring too often. Anyone else having this problem? If so, do you know what it is or how to fix it?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with Review 360 links loading. I'm happy to help troubleshoot.

What browser are you using? I'm able to load and view the link you shared without any issues in Chrome.
Have you checked that these network endpoints are enabled? You may need help from your IT team with this!
