Adding a course to Review 360 using the "Upload" feature?
Jul 23, 2019
Good morning,
My company's VPN doesn't currently allow enough bandwidth to publish directly to Articulate 360 reliably so I'm looking for an alternative that will still allow my team to use this awesome feature. I looking around I did notice the "Upload" that will let me upload the file after it is published. My question is what publish settings should I be using to get these files to take? Publish to Web, Video, LMS etc? Should I zip the file and upload the zipped version? I've tried several different combinations but I keep getting an error message from the site. Any would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry for posting if this has been covered elsewhere. I search the boards and Youtube but I couldn't find anything addressing uploading instead of publishing.
Thanks is advance!

Hi Allen!
You can upload video files to Review 360, but not published course files. The only way to add a Storyline 360 course to Review 360 is to publish directly to Review 360.
Let me know if you have other questions about that!
Hi Alyssa!
Thanks for the response.
Hi, I'm also using VPN and am getting an error that Storyline is unable to connect to Articulate 360. Is this a known issue with VPN? I am definitely logged into 360 and can see previously published courses on my site.
A VPN is not supported with 360
Hi Natasha,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing that you're running into a similar issue.
We do not have any known issues or limitations documented specific to a VPN, so it'd be great if you could work with one of our support engineers.
I've opened a support case on your behalf and you should be hearing from someone soon.
