Articulate Review - Chinese language is not working properly in screenshots

Hi,
I used Rise to create a course in Chinese language, after creating it i published to articulate review and shared it with the SME. They entered the feedback comments and send it to me.
Usually, Articulate review show a screenshot next to the comment/feedback to identify where i have to make the changes. However, for Chinese language the fonts are not displaying in the screenshot. I even tried to export via PDF and still the same issue. I will not be able to share the course with you but i can share the screenshots. kindly use the below link to view the screenshots. Thank you for the screenshots, and I'm really sorry you're running into this issue where Chinese characters appear as small rectangles when exporting comments as PDF in Review.
We have this logged as a software bug, and I added your experience to our report. Please know that you're in the right place for updates, and we’ll share as much as we can – as soon as we can!

One small note the squares are not only appearing in PDF, its also appearing in the web page also.
