Articulate Review Comments

Has anyone else had the issue where SME's in Articulate Review post comments and they become attached to the wrong slide?  It doesn't happen all the time and I cannot figure out what they would be doing.

Hi there Andrew, so sorry that's happening! I'm sure that's causing headaches for you. Can you help me with a few questions?

  • What browser is the SME using to add comments?
  • What browser are you using to view the comments?
  • Do you notice the comments appear on the wrong slide in the browser, after exporting the comments, or both?

We have experienced this. We figured out that the SME had typed a comment, but did not press Enter until they were on another slide and wanted to comment again. Reviewers must remember to pause the slide at the moment they want their comment to appear, type their comment, then press Enter to submit the comment before continuing to review the course.
