Articulate Review - link and email notification

Hi all,

I am new to Articulate Review.  I was wondering if the link I created, and sent to my SME to get into Review and look at my course, will expire after a certain number of days or if this is a permanent link.

Also, is there a way to turn off email notifications so I don't get notified every time there is a comment made?

Hey, Noureen! Great questions.

The Review 360 URL won't expire. That link will remain active until you delete the content from Review 360. 

And adjusting email notifications is easy! Here's how:

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and choose Notification Settings.
  2. Choose how often you want to receive email notifications: Instantly, Hourly, or Daily.
  3. Click outside the notification settings menu to close it.

Email frequency is a global setting that applies to all your Review 360 projects (except projects you've muted).
