Those are cool ideas! Tell me more about your thoughts for the screen capture button. Articulate Review should capture the screen when a reviewer makes a comment, but it sounds like it isn't working quite how you'd like it to work.
And thanks for letting us know you'd like the ability to add annotations. We've seen other requests like that, so I'll add your vote to the list!
