When I sent a Review 360 link to a client to review, and I select the "Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment" option, Articulate still forces all users to login, or create an account and login.
Even after the prompt that says "Enter Email to add comments" it still forces me to the login screen, and does NOT allow my anonymous user to leave comments.
Very embarrassing for me sending this to a client for review. Why is this not working as described?
Ah, my use of "anonymous" above was not accurate. I'm fine with the requirement of them providing their email address, but after that the system then FORCES them to the account login screen to either login or create the account. And the system does NOT allow them to enter comments.
I didn't believe this until I tried it myself, and it forced me to the login screen.

It will require them to enter their email even if you choose "Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment". So, no anonymous feedback.
Is that the experience they are getting?

It might be worth submitting a case - https://articulate.com/support/contact/case
