Hi Frances, 

IE11 should work if you're using the Share link, it won't work for you if you're viewing from the dashboard of your Review account. If you're colleague was also using IE11, and still not able to view the video are you able to share a link to the Review course and a copy of the file prior to publish so that we could take a look at it?  If you can't share it publicly you can upload to our Support team here.
