Cannot publish to Review 360 - Internet error message

Hi there. I keep getting this error when I try and publish to Review 360. My internet is fine - I even tried using my hotspot on my phone and I get the same error message.

I have a few follow-up questions to help me understand what you are experiencing a little better:

Are you only seeing an error when publishing to Review 360 or publishing in general?
Are you able to Preview the project without any error messages?
Would you mind importing the project into a new project, and then try publishing to Review 360 again?
