Cannot see files from Review 360 Dashboard

Has there been a recent change to Review 360? On 04/01/2024 at 11:38 AM I published a Rise course to review 360 and could see it from the Review 360 Dashboard. On 04/03/2024 at 12:01 PM, I published a different Rise 360 course and cannot see it, but my Teammate can, but she sees 3 copies of it: I only published the course once. Images attached.

Can someone please provide a solution or explanation?

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!

I'm not seeing any recent downtime reported for Review 360, and publishing from Rise 360 to Review 360 is working as expected on my end. Let's try some quick steps to see if we can correct this!

  1. Try logging out, refreshing your browser, and logging back into Articulate 360, here.
  2. Export your Rise 360 course to Review 360 again.
